The shipping of your orders are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are sent via Swiss Post with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Please contact us if you require another method of delivery, as this incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.
For delivery outside of Switzerland: VAT will have to be paid when you receive your order .
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
