Terms of returns of goods: 

In principle, there is no legal right to return goods in Switzerland. Buyers therefore generally cannot withdraw from a normal sales contract. However, we grant you a voluntary right to return. ENGITECH S.A. grants you a period of 10 days from the invoice date. 

We kindly ask you to register returns and repairs with us via by email: office@engitech.ch

Our company will check the returned goods upon receipt of the return. In case of a divergent condition description, you will be contacted by our customer service. If a successful return is received, a credit note will be returned to your account.

In the case of a rejection, the costs for the return of the goods to the customer will be charged.

 

Please note that personalized or custom-made devices / services and costs of shipping will not be refunded. A credit note will only be issued if the item was purchased no more than 10 days ago and the return has been registered in advance.

 

Condition of goods:  

UNOPENED:

  • Original packaging and sealed products
  • Without traces of use
100% value of goods is refunded.

OPENED:

  • Product is unused and WITHOUT usage traces
    • Original packaging open, but not damaged
    • All accessories are included
At least 50% of the value of the goods will be refunded.

OPENING WITH USE:

  • Original packaging available
  • Product has usage traces
  • All accessories are included
The reimbursement value depends on the condition of the goods and the packaging and is determined by ENGITECH S.A..

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

  • Product is damaged
  • Accessories are incomplete
  • Original packaging is not available
No refund possible.
